Firstly, the review below with one star seems to be talking about an issue with BT or the phone line, rather than the surgery, doesn't seem fair. I've been with this surgery many years and have had no real issues with them, they've been very good when really needed, and that's the main thing. Yes, the system of having to phone at 8.30am and wait for an apt can be very frustrating, but generally you can get in that day if you need to. I tend to have routine appointments usually with the nurse and no problems getting appointments or with the care I've received at all. The surgery actually covers a huge number of people, and I think we are pretty lucky with the service we have from them. Dr Cath & co are great, thank you.
