Waited 45 minutes for my bus to arrive even though he had other jobs to do. It was raining soo heavily and he waited and took me home. So thankful. My driver was Emrys.

We ordered a taxi at 1630, but were told they would only be able to pick us up at 1830, and would let us know if anything prevented them from doing so. However, after waiting until 1900 we called again, to be told not only no one was coming, but that we weren't even on their books. Absolutely unacceptable service, we have been thoroughly let down, and left in a desperate situation as a result of PG Cars' negligence. An awful start to a much-anticipated holiday.

Excellent service reliable clean and friendly. We booked an earlier car home for elderly parents with mobility difficulties and the driver ensured the accessed the house and telephoned to let me know. Couldn't ask for more. Our mini bus was also on time and very good service. Reasonable rates too. Can recommend
