My first ever exercise class and it was lush! The seriously adorable instructor was so smiley and made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed even with the harder moves. I was about as balanced as warm jelly but that didn't matter, we all had a giggle and were beyond chilled out by the end. Worth every penny. Will definitely be attending again ️

I attended one of Chelseas slow online sessions ... and I loved it! It was a fantastic start to the day and felt refreshed, having given myself some time for myself in a life which is incredibly busy. Thank you!
