I wouldn't even give them a one star!!! The man over the phone in their office was very rude and arrogant!!. I asked him a question for help for the company to do a job and his reply was sarcastic and just damn right rude!! There is no need for that. Dont use them as to speak to people the way they do they don't deserve work!.

This company is unfortunately unprofessional. They were happy to accept a cash deal of 7k for a borehole. They told us not to contact them as they would be in touch. 3 AND A HALF YEARS LATER, the woman phoned to ask for the money. Since then we have moved house and had completely forgot about it. As it was so long after the event i agreed to pay the 7k in 2 installments. The company didnt trust me! They stooped so low as to try and tell me she had heard rumours that we were bad payers! She refused to tell me who had said it. How low can someone stoop, honestly! This upset me very much. We are transparent people and treat others as we want to be treated. The company then sent a letter from the solicitor along with an invoice for almost 9k!. I would get everything in writing with these people. And be sure that you keep an eye on everything they do. I do know that the people that bought our house where the said borehole is, have said they had the water tested because they thought it was causing health issues. When they phoned up the company, they said they had no record of a borehole being installed, I wonder why! The reply from the company is a complete and utter lie. I have recordings of the telephone conversations. If this company can live with this, and sleep at night, im glad im the person I am and have a clear conscience. I am.a Christian and dedicated to the truth. What goes around comes around.... at no time in 2015 did we have cash flow issues! Jackie, you have something missing, which i believe, is a conscience. God bless you. everything you have said in your reply is an untruth, and you know this....why on earth would you thank me for my reply, when ive said you are a tax dodger and a lier! A debt collector! How dare you. You instructed a solicitor. YOU DID ACCEPT A CASH DEAL. I HAVE CONVERSATIONS RECORDED. We're no better in that respect. Just be honest. Inland revenue?

Quite frankly, I am disgusted and shocked at the rude inappropriate way the woman who answered my polite telephone enquiry spoke to me. Our bore hole costing thousands of pounds that had been supplied by this company had blown up and we had been without water for 10 days- we are an isolated farm with animals so this was really worrying. She said she had noone available and when I asked if it was possible to speak to an engineer she told me that I should ring a plumber it was not their problem. I was more than willing to pay, but being the suppliers and fitters of our costly borehole I expected a polite and good after service. Its a shame because the men who fitted the borehole were nice and I made them tea and sandwiches. I am still shaken and really upset and disappointed but if this is their way of dealing with good customers who have spent thousands with them then I am surprised that they remain in business. I would just like to add (For the sake of transparency) that while we were trying to keep our budget down, it was Powys Drilling who suggested that we buy (a brand new) component part from EBAY as it would be a saving for us...we are grateful for this advice.We have saved ourselves a lot of money by doing so although there are no guarantees. However I would have been happier if an engineer had been available to speak to as there were other issues that we were worried about and no parts had been removed or replaced at this stage...and I wish that the receptionist had not been so rude on the phone I was shocked and very upset. I was certainly not made to feel like a valued customer, and I really hope that after this they treat their other customers with more civility and decorum because as I said before the workmen were very nice.
