Beck goes above and beyond to help. She is absolutely amazing. She spent 3 1/2 hours on helping me determine the best harness for me, and she didn't even try to sell me one of the harnesses she sells. She helped me look at how I could make what I already have work better. I have had a difficult time finding a caving harness that works for me. All the caving harnesses I had tried were very painful to use and I simply would be unable to do vertical caving if that were my only option. I had one specially made by someone who normally makes climbing harnesses. That one was actually a climbing harness that was made to have a low point of attachment. If fact, the point of attachment is lower than that of a caving harness. But, due to the repel loop being vertical it does have some disadvantages. When I explained my dilemma to Beck, she could was extremely supportive and said she had some ideas that might help. She showed me how two harnesses I already had could work better for me. I can't say enough how wonderful she was.
