I recently had a wreck that turned into one heck of an ordeal. The wreck was not my fault and the other party had a less than reputable insurance company. Cindy Faubion and Jeff Hopf with State Farm went above and beyond to assuage any concerns I had and assured that I was taken care of in every aspect. This particular situation had a lot of moving parts and their compassion and professionalism kept me sane and I cannot thank them enough. I've considered shopping around over the years, but inevitably, something happens that reminds me why I stay with them. Regardless of the name on the building, it comes down to the people, and these people are second to none when it comes to communication and truly caring about their clients. Cell phone calls, late night calls, whatever it takes, they do it to assure their clients feel taken care of and at the end of the day, there just aren't many businesses like that any more. Cindy and Jeff, thank you a million times over!
