Joke of a bank staff are rude and unhelpful finding reasons not to do your banking or advise to use the ping in box even tho money doesn’t clear before 2pm when most unpaid direct debits need paying closed Wednesday and Saturdays ???? Like we live in a 3rd world country way these staff act they will be out of a job by 2020
