Best grilled chicken in Spain. The cook really appreciates his profession and the results speak for themselves. I will drive 2 hours anytime to have that chicken again.
If you want to try \Cargols a la llauna\ (Snails), head straight to Braseria Can Miguel and you will not be disappointed. They have very high quality meat which is cooked in a Charcoal oven (Josper).
Best chicken ever, in Europe, Asia, South and North America, extremely flavorful and juicy, natural chicken juices and favor enhanced not hidden. Sea bass prepared with care for the fish, fresh, great texture and favors. After two weeks visiting the best restaurants in Barcelona, la Rioja, Burgos y Madrid, this is just the best!
