Pleasant attractive modernist building - great for study and contemplation

Perfect for a cycle tourist. Fast wifi in the mornings (a bit slow in the afternoons), sockets everywhere to charge up, all of the staff spoke English and were helpful, you can print for 10 cents per page. There is even a cafe and a little fountain. A fountain in a library? This place should get an award.
