A very good, professional and correct company. Their work is abolute quality, they are correct with prices and they also give a great service when the property is sold. I am a professional building contractor in Belgium and it took me more than 2 years to find a construction company at the Costa Brava who's work was of good quality. I finally found a construction site of Constan Realty and contacted them. Besides that construction site the owner showed me more houses they made in the past as well as other construction sites which convinced me to buy from them. Meanwhile the house has been finished for a year now and I could experience that also what concerns all the paper work Constan Realty is very professional and correct.
