I don’t think this place deserves the very bad reviews it has here. I read them when I was on the way and they freaked me out a bit. Ok, it’s not always quiet, there wasn’t air con, and I think it’s a shame you have to pay if you want WiFi. I would have loved to have had tea making facilities in the room but there were none. It appeared that you could get tea from the bar though. Just not easy keep going down for it when on 6th floor. I found the guy that checked us in very pleasant and helpful, as were all the other staff. My bed was actually comfortable and I got a good nights sleep on the first night which is unusual for me. The food was kind of mass catering and a bit basic, but enough there to find something you like and was never going hungry. They also have a snack bar open a lot of the time when the main restaurant is closed. The pool was smaller than some I’ve seen, but seemed perfectly adequate and my family enjoyed it. There were plenty of plastic spun loungers, may need to put a towel on them to make them a bit more comfortable.

I was there last year, this is the most horrible and dirty hotel in Lloret de Mar, do not go for any reason, food is not food, housekeeping at this hotel does not exist. The establishment is old. Only the position is central. (everything falls from the balcony)
The arrival in a coach put this place in a real negative start. 2 full coach loads of people and they kept all the big groups in lobby so they could take your picture as well as copy your passport this itself took over 2 hours it was horrendous. The food was usual buffet style affair but not much variation 3/10 warning should note this is not a family hotel. But the way it's going it's no good for stag dos either no fancy dress on the street at night or the police will fine you. They don't deal with the awful amount of hookers and lucky/drug dealers you get harrased by at night. The reason for the pic of the pool it's a postage stamp it's 10 x 10m and it's freezing . They have about 500 rooms in this hotel which is very noisy don't expect to sleep at night. It's loud at all hours. Saying that the rooms are clean but bare essentials only there isn't any tea or coffee. This place is just to crash your head gets some food and go out.
Don't come here if you want a quiet relaxing family holiday, hotel 4/10 food 3/10 and am being really kind with these score's. Many families been leaving the hotel . The whole of the hotel needs a lot of work to bring it to a 3 star hotel standard and would suggest new staff from top to bottom. The place is stuck in the 80's!
Be careful of booking this hotel if you are not a party orientated teenager with no standards. Party all night, every night. 5-6am drunk people shouting & slamming doors. Listening to very loud music. Other frustrated holiday makers with kids are screening around for peace & quiet. As a result of that their door gets kicked in. Kids are crying, people are getting in to fights. Awful experience. Spitting through balconies, weed everywhere... No hotel policy & no staff to resolve the problem!
If you want cheap and cheerful, this is great. Food & drink is ok, came here on a stag do and was better than we expected. Wouldn't recommend for families with young children as it more suitable for stag & hen parties and groups looking to party. Spot on location for beach and nightlife.
On our first day, we missed the time slot for lunch however the hotel was kind enough to let us go straight to lunch on arrival even though it had finished. The food was delicious and had a wide variety but as the nights went on it got pretty repetitive. It was the same with the snack bar. From our balcony we had a gorgeous view and we made lots of friends with the other people around us. The lifts took forever to come to the floor we were on and most of the time we had to take the stairs. We were in a bedroom of 3, the end bed broke as soon as one of us sat on it, the middle bed was wobbly and fragile as if it had been jumped on multiple times and the other end bed was fine. One of the days we stayed our room had been stolen from. Between two of us the maid had stolen 45 and a packet of cigarettes. We believe this was a fake maid though as the room was not done as usual. The hotel is put in a good location, you can get to town easily, to clubs and is only a small walk from the beach. Overall the hotel isn’t as bad as everyone is making out, yes people are partying until the late hours but you’re going to get that everywhere as people are just enojoying their holiday.
I was unable to leave anything less than one star. I can honestly say I have never been anywhere like this. I am 50. I booked this via an agent and asked for a family place. I didn't see one person over 30! At 4am the lads next door started their party. 2 complaints later and security got them to shut up. Then the car racing started in the car park opposite. Stuff was being thrown from balconies. Party goers puking in the road outside till gone 6am. Then the music started again. We walked into town to see if we could sit and have a drink. Waves of bodies lined the streets, thousands of young clubbers pushing to get into one of the long line of discos/strip joints that lined the roads. All we saw were fast food places. We didn't hang around to explore. I got half an hours sleep, my friend didn't sleep at all. We moved hotels the following morning. Staff were lovely so the one star can be for them. Parents beware... do not take your children there. It is no way a 3 star. The rooms were like prison cells. Nothing like the pictures on their site. I will be complaining when I get home. Please take note of the bad reviews on here. It's all true. I will never forget that one.night :-(
