I'm always impressed with the welcome - on the phone, email or in person - and their responsiveness and attention to the needs of the business are excellent. Never had any issues in all the years I've known them and the value they add in advice to me and my fellow directors is second to none. Would highly recommend.

Lloyd Piggott have been taking care of our accounts for a number of years now after we had a horrible experience with an other accountancy firm in Manchester. I have nothing but praise for Sue and her team. They take care of everything for us, year end accounts, tax returns, payrolls etc. and they are very patient with us, and explain everything very carefully. They are extremely professional and have a caring approach... you feel they really care about their clients and make sure that everything is done in good time,. The most horrific unprofessional accountants I have ever come across. Pay them for services and they simply don’t do what they have agreed. Failure to submit my personal tax return that resulted in me being left with heavy fines and interest from HMRC. Upon ringing sue the director and owner she simply washed her hands of this issue and refused to help by emailing HMRC to notify them it was Lloyd’s fault it wasn’t submitted via vague emails not asking me to sign anything. Also they agree a price per annum for a job then add 2k onto the bill without asking prior left me horrified at what they get away with on other clients accounts. AVOID At all costs. Legal action has been taken against the company and the director.
