Had a really good experiences at this Dominos. The employee there remembered what I ordered from the last two times I was there. The manager was very friendly and took a few moments to chat with me. The pizza was done quickly and was still piping hot when I arrived home 30 minutes later. Both pizzas were super delicious. I tried something new to me in Canada and really enjoyed it. I’ll definitely be returning as a walk in at the Lloydminster Dominos for more Pizzas.

When I went to pick up our pizza, a person with a partially open box was getting out of his car and walking into the store. He walked in, and the employee immediately grabbed his pizza and took the pizza he had wrongly given him. I watched the employee put it back in the warmer and a minute later, added the rest of our order to it and tried to give me the pizza that had just been returned open...during a global pandemic. I called him out on this, and he told me that they pizza hadn't been opened, even though I saw it open and watched him put an "tamper proof seal" sticker on it after it was returned. Mistakes happen, but fix them properly and don't treat your customers like idiots and lie to their face.

Placed a pizza order 24 hours in advance for the hockey team I manage. Akshay was fantastic to deal with, gave his recommendations and best way to keep the large order cost effective. Very pleased with his service from a distance. The team will be looking forward to their Dominoes pizzas on the bus trip home. THANK YOU!!
