We've had good experiences with Executive Property Management. We rent a commercial office which they manage, and they've always been very responsive to any issues we've had.
If I could give them a ZERO I would. We have multiple problems with our place and it never gets fixed, NOR do we ever get a text back from our Land lord. We sent nine texts in regards to our stove QUITTING over the weekend. Did we get a reply? NO. We have daylight coming through our back door, but they claim it is fine. Our basement smells like sewer and we have had the front door FIXED multiple times and we only moved in beginning of June. Two our of Three closet doors broke, and they put the blame on us. Save yourself the frustration of multiple things not working in your place and the frustration of the landlord never communicating back.
Very unprofessional, move in was delayed by 5 days and it was a big fight to get compensated for that. Repairs took forever. Very poor communication unless it was day before the rent collection day. Move out was a mess too. The manager wanted us to move out earlier than required. It's been 3 months since I moved out and I still have not recieved my damage deposit chq in mail.No one is returning my calls. I was told that I will not be getting my full damage deposit back since there were cleaning Mark's on the wall. That is normal wear and tear when you rent a house. The final walk through was good but the person was constantly recommending us to get their cleansers to do a professional cleaning. Which he did charged me at the end anyways. The place was very clean when we left and he did admit it once during walk through. I am back in this town for work but will never give my business to them again. Customer does not come first over here. Do not rent from them.
Crooks. Never answered my many phone calls. Barely received any of my damage deposit back when i left the place extremely clean and in near perfect condition. Do not rent from them.
Very unprofessional! Only reason you have two stars is because someone you know gave you 5 star. But definitely a 1 star.
