I love Pet Planet. Sara is the bomb and is always wonderful to deal with. It feels personalized when I walk in, I'm not just \another customer\. She remembers my dogs allergies from years ago that I casually mentioned. She special orders treats for my Piggo for me, and always asks what shenanigans he has been up to. She can remember exactly what food I feed my cats, and which we didn't really like. I have never had customer service like I receive at Pet Planet, but especially by Sara.
