Awesome gym. Great coaches. If your curious, try it- you won’t regret it! Some people think you have to be ‘fit’ before you even think about doing Crossfit but at LN the coaches will scale everything to your abilities. Definitely Lincoln’s friendliest and most inclusive gym. Most of the members will come say ‘hi!’ and introduce themselves and I’ve made some friends for life at the box!

What can I say for this place to do it justice... not your average box, rather a true home for all average people who want to improve their fitness, meet people and have fun in a non judgemental environment that promotes healthy competition! Coaches Kristen and Clare are legends and I trully feel like I have found my little corner in a crazy fitness world!
