Get to my delivery on time only to find out they improperly scheduled the appointment. They’ll then forward you to a voicemail that can’t receive messages and don’t answer the phone at 10AM. Not to mention the phone only rings once on the dispatch line AND the operator line. However they WILL call you at 10:30PM while you’re asleep to ask where you are. Here’s to hoping I don’t miss my next appointment because of their screw-up.
We've been doing business with this company a lot and I can say that they are very cooperative and always describing loads as they are. Also, if problem shows up they are easy to reach out and helping in solving the situation. Nevertheless, payments are always on time and they have fair detention policy.
Dont count on them for any communication after the load is done. When i got the load the apt was at 6:00 pm and they said there would be a 250.00 late fee after 6. We didnt think we could make it bye 6 so he said if we did get there by 6 he would add the 250.00 back on the rate con. He did get there bye 6 and got loaded with no late fee. I guess we should have held the load hostage at the delivery until they sent the new rate con.
DO NOT BOOK LOADS WITH Dimitrios Tianis II OR BENJAMIN !!!! DO NOT BOOK LOADS WITH THEM!!!! They don't answer on the phone, they don't want to help you with rejected stuff, they wont help you at all. You will need to solve everything by your self with customer. IF YOU DONT WANT PROBLEMS DONT BOOK LOADS WITH THOSE 2 GUYS TRUST ME!!!!
