Excellent service, quick delivery and great knowledge. Crafty were able to make a recommendation on a bottle of gin which is very good. We have also experienced their online tasting session where we could sample a different gin from what we’d normally try and enjoyed the whole experience. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for something a little more special then this is the place to go. The selection we found here that you could not find on a supermarket shelf was unbelievable along with a very reasonable cost. Top this was a great level of customer service, I would highly recommend.

I purchased a beautifully presented giftbox of Silent Pool Gin with Goblets and was delighted with the product and the service from the Crafty Team ... so much so that I purchased another one! Both sets were given as presents and the recipients were thrilled! My order arrived 1 bottle short. I emailed and immediately got a phone call apologising. One bottle had been broken in the post but they didn't know whose order it belonged to. 2days later my second bottle arrived safe and sound. Couldn't be happier.
