We had our upstairs bathroom and new boiler put in by J & E MacGregor and are really happy with their work. Everything was clearly explained, competitive costs and very good customer service. Will definitely use again.

euan and his team responded incredibly quickly to a leak in our middle floor bathroom. gabriel came round on time then assessed and diagnosed the problem – day 1. he left, ordered the part and was back a day later to fit it. gabriel did a great job, kept me in the loop the whole time and left the room spotless. it's very impressive.

Avoid at all costs. Promised to come and price work didn't turn up after waiting for two week. I phoned and was told Ewan would call me back in five minutes. He did not . My phone was then met with no response. Most unprofessional company untrustworthy.

Not very impressed. Asked for a quote and can't fault the first impression. Very professional. Getting the quote however not so much. Over 2 weeks waiting and after phoning 3 times and promised call backs that never came I won't be using this company.
