Pressurised selling nasty experience almost aggressive put through sofa finance without explaining how it worked how much the rate was or how much deposit ect. Actually pretty alarming how little info we were given.
I thought it was a nutella shop but it was fine because italy things are fun
The worst shopping experience my wife and I have endured from a furniture retailer - After waiting what felt like an eternity to take delivery of 2 expensive sofas, both were defective from the moment they arrived. We have had to live with calls not being returned, calls only being returned after a prompt, no sincere apologies or genuine customer empathy, no offer of compensation, waiting for a replacement recliner battery for 7 weeks when it never worked from day 1, a sofa arm which has needed to be stripped twice and repaired when it was only weeks old. The only time we found the staff helpful was when we purchased them.
Bought a 2 seater sofa from the Straiton shop,due to the price we took some time to look at other sofa shops but couldn’t find anything we liked as much as the Natuzzi ones. We were worried about purchasing one as the reviews were not great but in the end decided to risk it. BAD Choice! Sofa arrived in good time and was delivered at a date and time to suit us. There was a problem with the head rest at one side but after phoning the store they arranged for it to be fixed quickly. We then noticed 2 marks on the seat right in the middle, we were asked to send photos, no one actually comes out to inspect the sofa. We were then told it was normal scarring on the leather and not a fault or mark. When I suggested that it would have been preferable to have used this piece of leather in a less obvious place , I was told it doesn’t work like that. The rest of the sofa is immaculate. It is very annoying it looks like there are 2 rips on the seat, 4K clearly isn’t enough money spent for them to care. They have no complaints procedure or if they do they are not happy to share it with their customers. They say they will phone you back but don’t bother. In short zero customer service. If you are looking for a sofa please believe the reviews this company may make stylish beautiful sofas but when things go wrong they don’t want to know. Buyer Beware.
Ordered a corner settee in October, for delivery January/February, was not available to see in the branch was told it would be made for me, brilliant !!!! Not so much, the couriers tried to deliver it and could not get the corner piece through the front door, I phoned the branch to be told it is my responsibility to check the settee would fit, bit difficult when I was given no measurements on ordering. I went into the branch to speak to the “manager” who basically said it was my problem, I should of known if the settee would fit, so at the moment I am waiting for a phone call back, they have the settee and my money. After care is shocking, if you do decide to buy make sure you get the exact measurements, if they can’t give you them walk away.
