I attended a Motability event in Edinburgh and Saltire "Hospitality" were catering. The food was horrendously overpriced and below average quality. There was no flexibility whatsoever when dealing with allergies or dietary requirements. They didn't even have a milk substitute for coffee! The staff were extremely rude - to customers and to one another. I appreciate that it was very busy, but a catering company should be able to deal with busy events, or they shouldn't cater for them. Given this was an event predominantly for disabled people, I would suggest some sort of sensitivity training as we witnessed several instances of staff being rude and impatient when dealing with disabled customers who were struggling with something. Also being more flexible with dietary requirements at such an event is something I would consider key, since many people with health issues and disabilities are prone to allergies and dietary intolerance. I would definitely not recommend Saltire Hospitality, and would probably have left less than one star of that was possible.

Scottish kennel club dog show.. 3 for a tiny tray of chips !! 5.50 for a crappy burger !! Hate to say it but better value and taste at bloody mcdonalds.. Never again!
