Zero staff visible, waited ages to pay. No door security, saw one woman without a mask. Poor show all round.......good prices though
Loved everything about it, the shoes so comfortable and the clothes too love it.

I bought my son new clothes for starting college, doing it online fir delivery. The issue I have is the fact that let’s say you bought a hoodie just like my other one but a different brand. There is too much difference in the waist sizes of jeans too. He couldn’t even get them over his bum. Been trying to get in touch about their returns policy as not sure I can use them again whilst you can’t try them on in store. Phone rang for over 3 minutes before I gave up. Not impressed at all
