Do not purchase anything from this company. I asked for advice on their best front door and purchased the one discussed. This was a terrible mistake as the door is faulty and won't open when the sun is shining on it. Stevenswood is refusing to replace the door. Terrible customer service and currently seeking legal advice.

Don't buy your doors from this place. We have a door that we cannot-open when the sun shines on it, complete night mare and fire hazard. This company took our money and will not replace for another door. Stay clear.

Tried to order windows in November - lost my order, then failed to return calls, then made several errors in quote, then failed to get back to me even after contacting head office. Gave them a second chance recently with order for glass panels - same experience!!! Mis-transcribed the dimensions and wrong specification. I emailed them back immediately and no response since in spite of follow up phone call! Don't they want to sell anything??

Dont know what they are doing. 4 weeks for a unit on two occasions. False promise after false promise. Not putting orders through to manufacture. Not keeping customer in loop. Failing to call back. Lies after lies. Worst customer experience in my life.

I was stuck for some PVC trims and Cill after an order had went wrong elsewhere , the guys managed to sort me out with a replacement for a great price!
