Friendly reception staff are welcoming and helpful. The practice is small but the one to one service makes for a more personal experience. Colette, the optometrist - and owner - has many years of experience in her field and her knowledge and professionalism together with her friendly manner help make the patient feel at ease. Eye tests together with all the new technology of retina imaging etc are simple and quick. The range of frames is surprisingly versatile and inexpensive for such a small, independent practice. I am delighted with my fabulous London frames complete with magnetic sunglasses which I just pop on top when the sun shines! Excellent company, worthy of their recent Scottish Independent Retail Award.
