Our excellent customer service began when Doug from Genson Overhead Door came out to our property to take a look at the job we were proposing. He was very thorough but very concise and took 15 minutes of our time to get everything laid out and take measurements. We quickly had a quote and once accepted set a date to have it installed. When the guys came out to install it they were there very early much to my husband's delight and they worked diligently until the job was done. They did an excellent job and were very professional! I have had a Genson overhead door on the attached garage for 20 years and have never had an issue. I did have a cracked push button that was something we did, not a fault of the product. When I contacted Genson, they dropped off a new button and installed it the very same day. I would highly recommend them and think that they are above and beyond the best overhead door you can get.

Thank you Genson Overhead door, great install and very timely. Like most, we wait until the old door is about to take itself to the dump. Great service, beautiful door and the price was more than fair once I got the initial quote Doug did to something that was similar construction to my current door. Upgrades should be discussed. The installers were efficient, experienced and friendly can't ask for much more. Thanks again the door is beautiful!!

More than pleased with the doors & opener offered. It's nice to have good insulated doors vs. the cheap tin foil original doors. I upgraded to the top insulation and I think I will be happy with that decision. The installation went well and the boys were, kind, respectful, and fun to watch. All went well. If I put an addition on my pad I will call for another door to match. This is my third door from Genson and recommend them to anyone. One more note! They come when they say and on time.
