I received this recommendation on FaceBook through my town’s local page. What a big and comfy place! It was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient and they treated me and my fur baby like family. I made it my new home vet! You should too!

I could not have had a better experience having our puppy seen for an emergency today! Chisholm Trail worked her in today when our regular vet said the earliest they could see her was Friday--5 days away. (!) Even though I wasn't a regular established client, they treated us so very well from the first phone call with Erica to the updates from Sarah and the report from Dr. Havermann. We will now be going exclusively to this clinic for all of our sweet puppy's needs. I am grateful! Thank you, Chisholm Trail!

It was my first time in a veterinary clinic. Best choice ever. Front desk lady very helpful answer all my questions. Dr. Havemann very nice and answer all our concerns! All staff were really welcoming and really nice !!! Definitely going back!!!

Went here for my first time when I decided to keep a stray kitty. They provided all shots, but there were lots of miscommunications about what was owed. I received and continue to receive emails regarding a balance that I do not owe. The receptionist did confirm this with me. In addition, I asked for a break down of what it would cost to spay her, and i still haven’t received an email with a breakdown. It’s been a month. The vet was very kind, but I think the front desk is what really tainted my taste.

My GSD puppy, Harley, came down with parvo. He'd had vaccinations at 6, 8 and 11 weeks and still got sick even though I never took him anywhere. Dr. Castillo and the entire staff did an amazing job caring for him for 4 days. He was on IV fluids and a plethora of meds to provide supportive care. Once he started to recover he wouldn't eat-no matter what was tried. Until one of their staff (bless you Helen) brought him her special home cooked meal. He has made a full recovery, has gained all his weight back and is his usual bouncy, energetic Holy Hell Harley again. I have always had a great experience here-even when I had to have them come out to euthanize my old GSD (yes, they came to me so Dusty could be in his home when he left this realm). The vet & tech were professional, compassionate and let me take the time I needed to say goodbye to my dog. I never felt rushed and was treated with the utmost respect and consideration. Below is a pic of Harley 3 days after he came home from Chisolm Trail.
