Great service Very friendly kind helpful. Been to other yamaha dealers and never felt as comfortable as in this one. They know what their doing and are able to help you quick. Loved the way they take care of their costumers and try to get you what they need. Jhon gives you great advises and explains couole things on how to take care of your motorcycle and yourself. I am the owner of 3 Honda bikes and after Willy world in Joliet closed,I was at a loss on where to go for service because I always had good experience with them.The closest Honda dealer to me now is Fox valley but I needed to find a shop closer to Crest Hill.I read all the good reviews from Riches Yamaha and knew as soon as I waked in and started talking with Misty at the counter,that this was the right place.She was so professional that I dropped my bike off the next day for tires,which it needed for the past two years,but I wasnt sure where to take it.Josh wrote the repair order on my bike and was also very professional.I got a call from John a couple days later about some other work the bike needed so I went forward with the repairs.John was very professional and friendly and was great to work with.The repairs were performed super fast and could not have been done any better anywhere else.My 2004 Honda VTX is now tight with no rattles and runs and handles like a new bike.I will be using Riches Yamaha for all my cycle needs.Great job and thanks to one of the most professional,and friendly staff that I have ever dealt with.

Emailed Rich's to see if they had a specific motorcycle in stock in which they did! I didn't like the color and Misty said she had a black one on order coming in February. After sitting on the mt-03 i thought it to be to small so they said to try the mt-07. This happened to be on a Sunday and they would be closing soon so I said I'll come back another day! Misty had said she had a black one in stock and they would get it out on the floor soon, i came back 4 days later and she had the black mt-07 on the floor so I sat on it and she asked what do you think and I said thats the one and purchased it the next day! What a pleasure to do business with Rich's Yamaha, they certainly have me for a lifetime customer!

Great shop, great people, great prices. I brought my 04' WR450 in for a run through and not only was the turn around fast, (only a few days), the bike ran better than it ever had before. Definitely would reccomend to friends, they not only sell bikes, atv's, snowmobiles, and watercraft, but all the gear anyone would need, all at great prices. 5/5
