Every time I go to this Starbucks the drive-thru takes at least 20 minutes busy or not. My drinks are messed up almost every other time. I’ve tried going inside as well and still takes at least 10-15 minutes to get an order. However, employees are very nice. I just don’t see the reason of a drive-thru if it’s going to take 20 minutes.

Love this place. It's very clean and the morning crew is phenomenal. They have the best green tea frappuccino.
Most Starbucks are the same. If there's one thing that's true about Starbucks its that they are consistent. This Starbucks makes everything great, every single time, and the people are nice. How could they be so nice after super long lines every single day. If it were me, I'd go crazy but these guys keep a smile going and never sacrifice customer service.
Incredibly long wait for my drink that I order via the app to pick up. Still had to wait more 15 minutes in addition to the 7-10 minutes expected time ready when I placed my order.
