I had a great experience purchasing a new Galaxy smart phone today at the Verizon store in Lockport. John S was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and then some. He helped me choose the phone that best fits my needs. I am disappointed in Verizon as far as the billing. I have been a customer for 20 years but apparently that does not matter. I was charged a 40 activation fee and a 29 fee to transfer my information from my old phone. It would have been nice if my loyalty was acknowledged by activating and getting my new phone set up without charging me with every fee under the sun.
