Member of staff on the phone was abrupt and rude when asking for delivery details. I ordered through just eat but then at the end it said pre order for the next day and it wasn’t even close to closing time of the takeaway as per their website so I rang them and the guy who answered spoke to me as though I was a complaining customer which in fact at the time I was not!!! Just pure rude! Now I am a complaining customer just through the rudeness of ur employee
Ordered via deliveroo app at 2am as it was advertised as the quickest delivery (45mins). How wrong this was! It didn’t arrive until 4am. Tried phoning various times - phone goes dead after one ring. Contacted help on deliveroo and they too couldn’t contact them! They use their own delivery drivers so the progress of the order couldn’t be tracked. Absolute joke of an establishment - and if the comments about bulk buying pizzas from farm foods are anything to go by, I’m hardly surprised - I requested thin base pizza... it was a bog standard deep pan “á la farmfoods”

I ordered food this morning and it arrived late, it was freezing cold and there was practically no filling in the tacos at all. I tried to phone them about this but they were closed. I waited until they opened today and called, I was immediately shouted at and accused of just wanting free food when I hadn't even asked for anything free, I didn't get chance. I can't believe the attitude of the person. The rest of the food was at best mediocre and so I seriously wouldn't suggest taking the risk.
