I just had some of the worst service here that I’ve ever seen. I’m a regular customer but this time the employees were extremely loud and unprofessional. Kami is the only name tag I could see, and she was the cashier. She was slow to ring us up and seemed to think that being loud and obnoxious made her funny. She also had her mask all the way down and had extremely dirty fingernails with no gloves on. I almost left the store without completing my order because the way she acted was giving me second-hand embarrassment. The manager was right there and said nothing about her behavior or the other girl that was there behind the counter just talking and being loud too. Employees don’t wear masks half of the time and customers almost never do.

I wish we would get in some of the new crafting items like all the other stores have like the dies in the laser cuts very disappointed in how much stuff is here for crafting

This store has always been great but today when we went in all 3 employees had their masks down around their chins or not on at all and were talking to customers that way. Since customers have to wear masks, I'm assuming workers have to too so that was kind of weird. Maybe not behind the shield at the register, but the other 2 were walking around. We decided just to leave.
