Spoken to Heather on reception this morning. I honestly can’t believe how helpful she is. She really Goes above and beyond. She really makes the surgery a great place and is a credit to the lodge. I have been at this surgery for over twenty years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The doctors are phenomenal and overall this surgery is definitely a 5*

Some of the reception staff are being paid extra just to be rude. That’s my opinion. Awful. If they don’t want to talk to you anymore they will just pretend that they can’t hear you. Very unprofessional approach. Just called them about my father who doesn’t speak English very well and needs a GP. The smart lady said he’s an adult and he will have to call. The reason I’m calling is because he can’t speak English!
Have been here all my life, doctors will get you a fast appointment if needed, friendly staff, doctors very understanding. Would reccomend!
Excellent surgery, always helpful and accommodating - very proactive with treatment of health issues.
Reception and management are terrible with a true lassaiz-faire attitude. Avoid unless you want to be left upset and stressed.
