Rear Access Van Ladder - BLACK, 2016 MB Sprinter Crew Van - Standard Roof – Rear Access Van Ladder purchased for my 2016 MB Sprinter Crew Van. The ladder made of high-quality materials. Installation was not complicated and more important for me, no drilling is required. Looks good on my Sprinter.

I've searched for quite some time for standard cab truck equipment and was excited to have found American Van. For the price I was not expecting such a quality product, from the gauge of the steel to the exceptional build. Even when I had product damaged in shipping, they made it right immediately. Top notch US product and a great customer focused attitude. I can't say enough. Thank you!

Brought them my old van and told them I want new one set up the same exact way ladder rack is wrong could not put my 8' step on it went back and they said I have to buy another part and labor then what was the sense of showing them my old van with the ladders on it at the time. Unacceptable!

Had our new service van outfitted at American Van in Lodi and are super happy with the results. Edson Parra their foreman took over and gave us his expert advice on the layout of the vehicle and nailed it perfectly! We recommend Edson and American Van as we were extremely happy with the process from the initial visit to the final install!

For the money that was paid to them I should have received better service and a quality installation especially when I sacrificed the drive coming from Connecticut. Of course American Van didn’t offer to rectify or submit any discount. I have yet to receive a call to this day while I’m finding out the the shelving is starting to fall apart because it was improperly installed since day one! The truth is I would not recommend anyone have them install their shelving investment for their vehicles. It took all day for them to install the shelving. They didn’t even ask me how I would like to arrange certain components and the extra lighting I paid for they couldn’t even install it. At the end I witnessed one of their frustrated technicians walk off the job because he was “late” for an appointment and talk down to management. I suspect that because I operate my business so far away that they probably thought they wouldn’t here from me again. As usual. American Van hires inexperienced, unprofessional, untrustworthy young people who lack the skills, tenacity and professionalism to follow through and be honest with clients. You will find that there is no quality control at the Lodi NJ store but there is plenty of bad attitudes and no continuity.
