This is by far the best Invisalign dentist you would find in the area. My results are amazing! Better than I had expected. The office is extremely clean, the staff is very professional and organized. I never had to wait more than a few minutes.

I'm really happy with the way my teeth look since finishing Invisalign. I had braces before but my teeth shifted and actually look better now than they did after having braces. I even have 2 of my friends going there for implants and my brother actually just finished his Invisalign too! I recommend Dr. Liao to anyone. He will take the time to explain what you need and your smile will look so good! Working in the healthcare field myself, I felt comfortable with the way the office is calling you in from your car. I'm really happy with the way the office is handling the COVID-19 Pandemic and taking their time to make sure everyone is wearing a mask and using hand sanitizer. I can tell everyone is working really hard. I think coming to the dentist is probably safer than going to Costco right now . Good job Dental Associates of Lodi.

Dr. Liao and the entire staff are super helpful and awesome to work with. I’m definitely not one to get excited to go to the dentist but they definitely make it more bearable! They are also taking the proper covid-19 precautions with temperature checks, masks, and hand sanitizers.

Dr. Liao is polite and knowledgeable it seems, however, I took my Invisalign business elsewhere because I personally didn't like his staff. From my last visited quote, I asked why the price went up and the staff said because of the pandemic..like really ? is that a joke? but one of them mentioned they are busier than ever. They don't even have hand sanitizers available after filling out their mandatory covid forms with the same pen that is clipped to the clipboard and I had to ask for a hand sanitizer. This made me think about my safety and compared to other medical offices, and for a dentist where things are going in my mouth, I was concerned about the staff's hygiene practices and their care of customer's safety. In addition, I really disliked that we were discussing my financial situation, standing in front of a lobby over plexiglass, while other customers were listening about my procedures and price quote. The manager (Josephine?) was polite and tried to be accommodating but I just didn't feel right about their staff. I really felt unappreciated as a customer. They seem to be doing great and felt like they didn't need my business. 2 hours later, I went to another Invisalign provider and they gladly price match and I paid the whole procedure in full minus insurance coverage. For me it was more about the principle rather than price. They also had a ton of hand sanitizers available and they separated the new and used pens in front of their counters. My fiancé needs Invisalign as well and I will have her go to the other place with me as well.
