Aimee was amazing! I recently broke my glasses and needed an appointment ASAP and she got me in right there and then. i had my prescription in less than 30 min! She was so informative and helpful and I got an amazing deal! definitely going back for my future glasses and contacts as well!

The associate Aimee was very helpful to me and she helped me picking out my new glasses frames she made sure I was comfortable with them and made sure they were the right fit for the job they are not falling off my head not heavy frames very well made very easy to clean no up glare and no camara flash glare many options to choose from also one other thing is get them to darken outside your home and in side they trun clear not too expensive just the right price for anyone who wants to buy new glasses or contact lenses.

This place is AMAZING. Aimee and the WHOLE staff need their names in shinning lights. Im super difficult with the pressure test but staff were very patient with me. The doctor was pleasant and had my exam done lightning quick! Aimee helped me with my benifits and made sure I got the proper type of lense I needed for work. They all need to be commended for their professionalism and their fun and helpful spirits! 10/10 experience!

I had a horrible experience right from the beginning!! I needed an eye exam but since I may have glaucoma they said I would need to go to another store in Stockton to be seen by the doctor there. He only did a basic eye exam and didnt even dilate my eyes. It was a complete waste of time and money. When i purchased the glasses i asked for the anti glare but apparently i didn't pay for it. I thought i did because it was way more for the glasses than the advertised price. When i went in to complain about the lack of the anti glare they told me I would have to pay more!! Since i was already paying more i decided that i should probably get transition lenses on one of the pairs of glasses. I asked for the darkest lenses and paid 129. For a whole week now they haven't transitioned at all. I went back in today to tell them for the women at the counter to be absolutely and completely condescending and rude!! In a rude manner she told me i would have to pay 60 more than what i already paid. All while not wearing a mask and not even looking up my name or number to see who i was. One of the other ladies there looked me up. I will never get glasses there again or recommend anyone go there. They're a total and complete rip off!!

Absolutely disgusting service. Glasses were ordered.. they were the wrong prescription. Glasses reordered, they broke a pair of the glasses and then offered to replace the frames with one in the store (the least they could do!) And every frame that was picked they would say they that those ones couldn't be selected. Truly a tribute to the Californian mindset of zero professionalism. And the contact lenses (which are now 2 weeks late) have still not arrived. And the employees are not only incompetent, but absolutely rude Edit: After another 3 weeks she go a refund. The next pair that was ordered were, once again, the wrong prescription! And they still didnt have her contacts in. Corporate was reached and they were at least polite. But these women need to have their Beverly Hills housewives rear ends tossed out. Truly disgusted.
