From first contact with the scheduling staff to the moment the tech left our home we could not have been more satisfied. The tech was very knowledgeable and answered our questions concisely. His input as to several older systems was valuable - that is an electronic air cleaner and whole house humidifier. We will be doing more business with Lofgren and are happy to recommend them to family and friends.

A friend recommended Lofgren to me, and now I would recommend them, too. Their people were friendly and seemed quite knowledgeable, did very neat work (better looking than the previous one) and the only glitch was when they turned the furnace on - it didn't work. Mine was the last job of the day and I'm sure the two men wanted to get home on time, but they stayed until finding the fault, which was a valve in the gas line that wasn't even part of the furnace installation, but they got a new one and installed it anyway so I'd have a working furnace when they left. I think that was really good service. They also showed up when they said they would, with a final \we're on the way\ call within a half hour of showing up, and did a good job of cleaning up when finished.

I had a new heating system and thermostat installed yesterday with Lofgren. I want to thank Neil for the prompt estimate,speedy scheduling and following up with any questions I had. Joe and AJ were amazing and took on the task of of removing my very old furnace and replacing it with a shiny,new efficient one! They were both conscientious,courteous and knowledgeable to answer any questions I had. They also did an amazing job cleaning up the area when they finished. I am very pleased,thank you!

Was quoted a new home AC and furnace. Unfortunately the salesman was aggressive on what our price would be after rebates. I told him we would like to know the amount the check would need to be written for after the installation was complete, but his main focus was the price after rebates. Since the rebates were not instant, this was important for us to know. Also, we don't make a big purchase on the hopes of a third party sending us rebates that take 6-8 weeks. Because of this continued circle, we went to another company and they installed our AC and furnace without a hitch at a very good price.

Technician Aaron was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was also very kind to our dog!! He performed the maintenance on our furnace and installed a new thermostat in our garage with great efficiency, made sure I understood what was done, and if we needed further assistance he left his phone number and to call him \at any time\. Wonderful customer service! We will always use Lofgren for our HVAC needs! Would recommend them to anyone, and we actually have!!
