DO NOT EVER go into this dealership. They sold me a truck that it turns out is a Canadian Vehicle. NOT ONE dealer in the us will CLAIM or touch this truck! NOT disclosed in the purchase. Dirk said that "oh yeah, just ask them and they should honor the US 24 month/25,000 mile service----NOT!!!!!!! Now when it comes time to sell to "whoever" no one either wants to value this truck for what is worth or touch it! "Oh, you bought a Canadian Vehicle"-Yeah, they are all made in the SAME plant in San Antonio TX, however the "VIN" attached says yeah it FIRST went to Canada. Did Dirk ever say this would be a problem, NO! I have been had--DO NOT repeat my mistake!!! LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!!! First of all -AVOID this dealer!!! RIP OFF!! Ad on info: Dirk said repeatedly that the 2 yr 24000 mile oil change service would be honored by ANY Toyota dealer. He said that it would transfer-The truck only had 136 miles on it.....This does not even cover the HASSLE of "converting" the dashboard "overlay" that was done WRONG! NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!

These guys are awesome! Great price and customer service was amazing. I had a little bit of a issue with my car and I was worried to take it in. As soon as I showed up they immediately took care of it no questions asked!!
The service here was great. I shopped around for quite some time and was bombarded by what all the other salesmen THOUGHT would be great for me. Turns out it had been submerged in water and came from Canada. This is in response to my earlier review, I called them and they said they will work with me. Here is to hoping we can find a solution. I was quoted 10000 to fix it completely. I will post my final review after working with them tomorrow.
