Zerorez came and cleaned the air vents in my townhome. I recently moved in and could not get ahead of the dust. Vacuumed the whole house every day for two months straight and didn’t make any difference. It’s been two weeks since they cleaned the duct work out and it’s made an incredible difference. Well worth it. They were in and out in a couple hours and very respectful and professional. Would recommend them to anyone!

Zerorez was on time for our appointment and efficient while here cleaning our carpets. We have 2 small children and 2 dogs constantly in and out of the house so we make our fair share of messes. Zerorez made our carpets look and smell fresh and clean. Highly recommendable!

Edit. Jon came back out the day after and redid the couches and they look great now! They were all over fixing this issue for us and we are very happy with how it turned out. Great company to work with. Thank you... Old review: The guy that helped us today (I don't remember his name) was very professional, nice and easy to work with. He was here for a little under 2 hours. Unfortunately the couches still look dirty. Not everywhere but there are spots that don't look like they were cleaned at all. He mentioned that there is only so much you can do with cotton and that they don't really come clean. This was after he was already done and I asked him about a few places that looked dirty. I asked him to clean one spot again. He did and it is now dry and it still looks dirty. I don't know if that's a zerorez thing or just cotton in general. It would have been nice to know that beforehand. I was expecting to have my couches look like new. He said they would look better once they dried but they are dry to the touch and don't look better.

Courteous and prompt service! Emily got the appointment scheduled within a week, informed me of every step in the process. The technicians showed up on time, were very thorough in there work, took great care to protect my house while working, got rid of the stains, and the price was great! I recommend this company to anyone. The carpet felt nice to walk on! It was not crusty feeling after it dried! It was Zerorez!

These guys are fab!! Showed up on time, explained options/barriers, and set straight to work. They made my kitchen, hall, and bathroom tile and grout look brand new after a messy addition to my home. They cleaned my severely dusty couch, double chair and ottoman upholstery so clean and fresh. I’m going to start doing my tile once per year. Thanks guys!!!
