The service writers you have are the best anywhere. I am especially satisfied with Clay Wlinkler, he has been my go to person in service since I started coming to your dealership in 2015. He is always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about my vehicle and me. I always get greeted with a smile and a good morning. He deserves a lot of credit for being such a wonderful service writer representing your dealership.

Scheduled an oil change for my husband car, got to the dealership a lil early, service advisor apologized and explained that they were running behind. He again apologized and asked if I would consider returning on the following day at the same time, he advised me he would gladly provide a complimentary service. I was glad to return the next day and as always the customer service was exceptional. Colonial GMC we appreciate you all and we feel assured that our business matters to you. Nice, professional, honest dealership. Although, we ended up not buying the car we wanted from them (our fault), the people at this dealer bent over backwards to accommodate us. Patricia is very knowledgeable and forthcoming; Phil is a man of his word. Although this deal didn't go through for us; we'll definitely consider purchasing a vehicle from them in the future. The dealership is amazing. Everyone from Sales to Service is super customer service oriented and HONEST! In the last two years, on separate occasions, I bought 2 cars and it was a smooth process. I have also referred friends who have been equally satisfied with the process. The service department does a fabulous job and doesn't oversell unnecessary items or repairs.
