Customer service is outstanding with communication on point. Would recommend to other companies that need help moving their freight.

Trash/Garbage broker. LITERALLY. They lie to carriers about their freight, claim its a \post consumer products\ or \load of carpets\ etc. ITS ALL garbage. They wont pay you for any washouts, they wont care if their customer damaged your trailer - thats on the of paying you 80 cents per mile to haul 45k pounds load.

be VERY CAREFUL WITH THEM. THEY SAY LOAD IS CLEAN ON PALLETS. (LOAD WAS GARBAGE) GAVE 4 MILES AWAY ZIPCODE ON RATE CON. (THAT I WOULDNT LOOK LIKE GARBAGE LOCATION) TIPPED THE TRUCK FOR UNLOAD, DAMAGED THE TRAILER REFUSED TO PAY.
