We arrived on the bus at 7 minutes until 8am. No one showed up to open the laundromat until 9am. We stood out in the freezing cold for an hour. No one even bothered to explain or apologize even though they are supposed to open at 8am. I am a local here in Park City and I will never ever come back here because of their unprofessional attitude and poor customer service.

Easygoing, efficient laundromat. 3.25 to wash. 75 and up for dryer. Detergent available for purchase.

The ladies that work the drop-off laundry service are amazing!

Pretty standard coin-operated laundromat. Some chairs and vending machines, four different kinds of washer, and a place to exchange bills for coins. A solid A grade.

Was a loyal customer of this place with the previous owner but I stopped going after several bad experiences under the new ownership. The new owners cleaned it up but they also have an arrogance about being the only laundromat in the area and price gouging. I can afford their prices for the laundry service but I refuse to support a business that operates under such principles. The final straw was when I dropped off linens from our vacation property and I was charged 40 to wash a polyester blend king blanket that only costs 25 to buy new at Costco. The prior owner charged by the pound for laundry service and thie blanket would have cost 5 at most to wash. If I were to support this business I should just buy new blankets and throw the old ones in the trash every time they are used and I would be far ahead financially. Instead of bringing my linens here I pay my housekeeper extra to wash everything. Would rather support her financially than this rip off business. I believe they are now owned by a local property management firm, FYI. They aren’t here to service the public, they are here to service their own motivations.

In Park City visiting my son who is receiving care locally. Needed to do some laundry. With my luck a machine doesn’t start properly and I’m out some quarters. No staff is around due to COVID circumstances. I find a number, call it, leave a message. Before my washing machines are finished Lolo (Laura) is there retrieving my change and resets the machine. The place is back behind other business off of Bonanza Drive. Was hard to find but worth it. Thanks Laura.

Misleading stock cover photo, but still a nice laundromat

Yes this place is a lot cleaner and had more machines than the only other laundromat in town, but I can’t stand spending 4.25 for one small load compared to 1.25 at Anderson’s on main.
