Good for kids
Very nice camping place next to the water. The only remark is that warm water for the dishes is not for free... But overall: very nice and quiet spot

Typical family camping site with cottages and areas for tents and campers. Playground for children, swimming pool (no heated water), climbing route for children, football court, boat hire. Try the large cottages, the small ones are very small and without bath/kitchen. There are some mosquitos. No wifi.
Nice place if you have kids, a lot of stuff for them to do. But if you're all grown up (above 15 or so) I do not recommend this place. It could use some grass cutting and the cabins look like they're made by hand by an 60 year old guy who didn't have anything else to do.
Nice place. It's plenty to do here for kids, here they can og climbing in the climbing park, swim in the swimming pool or the lake or just og out and explore. But this is not a place for me. There are no hot water, soap or towels in the toilet block and if you are going to do the dishes you have to pay 20,-kr. for hot water (2016). 3 stars from me.
Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent nature surroundings. Can highly recommend. Spent a week there with my wife and son, they loved it!
We payed 250 NOK to stay one night with our Camper. We left again the same night after we had seen the condition of the sanitary facilities. There was hair and dried feces. Since no one else was on the campground the only conclusion is that this place is not cleaned at all. We ended up staying at Lom Camping which is 20 NOK more expensive but that investment is worth it
DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. They refused a group of refugees visiting this place, because they're not a part of the local orwegian\ (white) community. Later they changed their statement because of negative attention from media and other customers (so they're not wrongfully accused like other people here are saying). If you like a \culture-free\ environment with no other cultures than white Norwegians, then this is the place for you. However, if you want a non-discriminate place where everybody - no matter which culture they come from, or what their skin colour is - this it NOT the place for you.
Cabin was clean, cozy, wooden, with nice smell. Kitchen lacked light which made cooking slightly difficult.
