Tiana was amazing, she just got transferred to this location and provided great customer service by following up with her team to make sure I was in and out quick.... she gets a 5/5 the only reason its not a 5 because the team needs to be more organized and communicate what they are working on. Seems they are a little all over the place

The car that they gave me required me to put some air. The tire wouldn't hold air. I was in las Vegas and could not exchange my car in. So when I finally was able to exchange my car in. I was in line for over 2 hours during my vacation time. And the car that they gave me required me to put air inside the tires as well. Then when I bought the car back to Lomita C.A. Mike was ruled and wasn't willing to accommodate any discount rate for all the trouble. He told me that it's was my fault because the tire pressure wasn't on when I rented the car.
Great first time experience here. I had to get a rental while my car was at the body shop. The guy who helped me, hooked me up big time. He gave me a Range Rover Velar. Omg I didn’t want to take it back!! Lol. It was great and to my surprise, really good with gas. It was covered by my insurance company. I also liked the fact they had a shuttle to give you a ride. This saved me from having to do a Lyft ride. Just make sure you pay attention when locating the building. It’s right off the road, but you can still pass it up if you aren’t looking.
