What a great experience. I went in to the store looking for an indoor powered wheelchair for my mother. I met with Jim Leedom on the weekend at the store and he walked me through some of the models I was looking at. I knew the size we needed, I knew the dimensions that would work inside the home so I was pretty well educated about them. I told Jim that I was not happy with the other company in Torrance as they told me they do not rent them and that if I did purchase and it did not work that we would have to pay a 25% re-stocking fee. Are you kidding me, 25% on a 2000 item, insane. I worked with Jim and we were able to work a few scenarios that would work perfectly. He even said they would deliver it and make sure it worked in the home, which it did. I cannot say how grateful I am Jim and his staff. Thanks Jim.

this guy is bipolar and I mean the older man, one day he's nice and sweet and the other day gives you a attitude. His always right and won't take a explanation, his so Good at his job but the costomer service needs more attention. Less attitude towards the care givers or home care workers. We are just caring for our seniors we are not traying to disrespect your knowledge.
