CHINA (Shanghai) To stick with the various items on their special menu pages is to find some unique dishes from Shanghai and much less common than the favorite pork buns and dumplings. A compelling first order is Shanghai fried rice cake (12.75), which combines those chewy, stir-fried ovals with just a bit of pork and cabbage.

Very good dumplings. Meatball noodle soup was nice and comforting, but I felt the broth needed more flavor. The honey Walnut shrimp was mediocre. I'll definitely go back, but probably stick with the dumplings.

So I wanted to try MUODU SHANGHAI CUISINE but the first time, they were closed for vacation (sound familiar? Looking at you, Golden Gate Bakery). Then I came back again this past week and they had a line out the door :( So we went to Chang's Kitchen which was across the street and which we had already, so we knew it was good there.

We loved this place, very authentic! Service was good and the food delicious. Our daughter loved their steamed bun and meatball noodle soup. Tried a couple of their bowls of noodles in soup. Will be back to try more.

I am obsessed with the pan fried shrimp and pork buns. Every item we have ordered has been flavorful and well prepared. Pickup or delivery orders tend to take a while (likely due to how popular this place is), but if you are patient, the wait is worth it.

This place never fails to impress. They have good food for affordable rates, there is no waiting time even when the spot is busy.

Food at Muodo is not super healthy but yummy and pretty authentic. It reminds me of the food I happily consumed in Shanghai 10 years ago. I recommend the buns. Juicy and flavorful. Careful, the soup inside the bun is piping hot. Muodu is popular with the Asians here in South Bay. Parking is plenty and free. The wall decor is bright orange. The space is filled with light.

The dish was so so but chili sauce was really old (I don't wanted see it )and sarvis so bad. we asked spoon and fork for my kids but they didn't bring. And older dishes very slow because they give it next table and they don't know different chicken and beef lol.I don't want to come again. Actually I don't wanted to give to them tip...
