Scold potential customers?! At first I thought the service was great when I called and was offered a home design visit to measure up an awkward shaped bathroom, and I emailed over my home address, confirming the appt. Very friendly on the phone and I was looking forward to the design visit. On the day, when no one showed up, I called the office and was told in an abrupt manner that someone had been out and that there was no answer at my door...strange as my husband waited at the window on the look-out. There was even all I can describe as an angry sounding man ranting in the background who jumped on the phone and had a go at me. Very abrupt and spoke to me like a child. I think it was the owner actually. It turned out they went to the wrong address (even though I confirmed the correct one via email). Instead of offering an apology for their mix up, the man proceeded to scold me over the phone that they 'dont do' home visits anyway and that they had told me several times to visit the showroom. To clarify, I was never told such a thing. Not once. As a potential customer, I've honestly never been spoken to in such a way. His tone was awful, very angry. I was speechless and upset afterwards - yet to receive an apology. Poor show and we'll be taking our business elsewhere.
