Great Store but employees, not all of them but a great deal of them have either not been trained properly or just don't take pride in their workplace. 9 out of 10 employees you ask about a product or location of a product either pass the bucks or have no clue as to where or if they even carry items or who to call upon that may know. A lot of employees clustering and gossiping about personal matters or customers is usually what people I know who shop there regularly and myself experience every single time we shop there. Employees definitely need to educate themselves at least in the department they are assigned to or know who their Superior is that would be able to assist customers with whatever they may need.

I'm starting to choose not to shop there. I'm tired if them restocking during busiest times of the day. Makes it hard to get down the lane I need. Doeant matter what day or times. Restocking should be at night or early before customers come in.

Plenty of parking, friendly staff, but some of the common products in the food aisles are surprisingly limited (I guess a visit to Vons is in my future). I was able to get unusual food items on my list though and there were even varieties. A lot of staff working the floor so anyone needing help would be able to find it quickly.

Terrible customer service. Sold out of the basics. Long lines every single time I go there. No matter day or night. I'll avoid this store as much as I possibly can! I'd advise the same. The picture is of the line waiting to get into the \Cosmetics\? 3 people at a time. That doesn't make sense because that dead end on the right with haircare? As many people as you want....
