I had weekly checkups with Dana, she's absolutely wonderful to work with . She's understanding and empathetic, most recently we've spoken about intergrating a set gram amount (within range) of veg and meat back into my diet as part of my step. To date I've lost 12kg and my fav products are the apple white chocolate bar and the chocolate velvet.
I've been on the plan with Dana's support since the start of the new year. She's absolutely committed to the role, shes kept me on the new regiment laid out in our meeting and I'm counting the pounds ;) Thanks Dana
