I've had my Escape for 10 months. Do not trust their shop did any work they told you. I was told for 10 days my car would be ready tomorrow. When I finally received the car it wouldn't run within an hour. I was told the battery was replaced, and the replacement only lasted 6 months. I was told the ignition cylinder was replaced, and my mechanic just pulled out a duct taped ignition cylinder. I'm now 700 into problem I was told would be fixed before I left the lot. 5 Star has great friendly sales staff that spend all their time covering up their terrible shop. Have a real mechanic check their work.
