If you want winter tires fitted then probably the place you want to go to. Asked for all seasons tyres confirmed that they have and agreed a price. Got home to find it was a winter tyre! Large snow flake and a triangle showing snow/mud use. (Mountain with a snow flake in it) drove back explained I asked for all season tyres and you have fitted winter tyres. Manager got all offended as he was adamant that the symbols ment all season. Lol (large snow flake) with me showing him what they ment he said it ment multi season i had to laugh and explained it was M for Mud S for snow he then just turned around and said I'll put your old tyre back and refund. No problem but I really wanted what I asked for. We don't need winter tyres here in London for the 1cm of snow we get every now and then. So he found my old tire. Which I had fitted by them 10 months ago which was also a bloody winter tyre! All fitted. I drove down the road and got a brand new all season tyres fitted for an extra 20 I won't be using this company again and anyone thinking of using them make sure your not having 2nd hand winter tyres fitted to your UK car. Will cost you in extra fuel usage and of your not have the same grip and safety in the rain.
